Industrial Building Maintenance Technician:
We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused Industrial Building Maintenance Technician to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of our manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial cleaning and housekeeping.
- Complete general building maintenance and minor mechanical repairs.
- Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep.
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, housekeeping, or manufacturing.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
- Able to perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable, organized, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
